Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join their growing team. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. Reachdesk is a global gifting and swag platform that helps B2B companies build connections and drive ROI through personalized gifts, branded swag, and event experiences. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products and materials. This role is crucial in shaping how Reachdesk sources, curates, and delivers branded merchandise at scale for global clients, ensuring high-quality, on-brand products and building a best-in-class vendor network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in promotional merchandise or branded products, with ownership of vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfillment. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, directly influencing product quality, supplier strategy, and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Sourcing Manager will manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously, balancing speed, cost, and quality, and will work closely with Swag, Production, and Sales teams to own the end-to-end sourcing process, build a product catalog, and create lookbooks that translate ideas into client campaigns.
