About The Position

Broadridge is seeking an onsite Sorting Machine Operator in El Dorado Hills, California. The operator sets up and runs high-speed presort equipment to prepare mail for USPS acceptance while ensuring customer requirements are met. The role includes operating automated, computer-controlled equipment, monitoring quality, completing job documentation, and following departmental and safety procedures. The schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$19.00, plus a shift differential; the position is bonus eligible.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing tasks to meet or adjust to changing demands.
• Ability to adhere to quality standards, take direction, and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to work the stated schedule and accommodate schedule flexibility based on volume needs, including weekends, holidays, and/or overtime.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and pull, push, and lift up to 70 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Production-environment experience and knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation.
• Experience operating material insert machines.
• Computer skills.
