About The Position

Fastenal is hiring an entry-level, part-time Sortation employee at its distribution center in Madison, Mississippi. The role helps move products through the distribution center to company-owned branches by organizing outgoing orders into totes and pallets for shipping. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. The job involves using computer programs, RF scanners, and printers, and handling packages that typically weigh 25–50 pounds and may weigh up to 100 pounds.
