About The Position

Temporary guest relations assistants are needed to manage and look after suite and club areas at all home football games and have the opportunity to work men's and women's basketball games in the Courtside Club in the winter and spring. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of behind-the-scenes action of game days working with exclusive guests in premium areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to work some nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage and look after suite and club areas at all home football games.
• Work men's and women's basketball games in the Courtside Club in the winter and spring.
• Prepare setup to make for an exceptional experience.
• Greet attendees.
• Coordinate check-ins.
• Actively listen to fan needs.
• Effectively respond to questions.
• Maintain a customer-oriented and professional attitude while displaying Sooner spirit.
• Floor manager opportunity available and dependent on experience.
