About The Position

Advance your career with Essentia Health’s dedicated care team in Virginia, MN! In this role you will get to provide diagnostic ultrasound scans of patients for physician diagnosis, utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment and appropriate technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Graduation from a Committee on Allied Health Education (CAHEA) accredited program in sonography and registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Registered by the ARDMS within 1 year of hire.
• Must be certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular within 24 months of hire date.
• Those staff assigned to work in the Ashland location are not required to obtain Vascular certification.
• If working in Department 2010-2042320 MSK Ultrasound - SMDC HOSP, must complete ARDMS MSK Certification within 24 months.
