About The Position

Solutions Engineers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations. Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes while developing an operational framework to drive continuous improvement to client delivery models and client value. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver and evolve scalable data onboarding and data health solutions while aligning with overall strategy and goals. Contribute to the design, clean up, and maintenance of client data and data architecture for data ingestion processes. Provide data management training and promote data fluency across the company. Responsible for data management and improving operational efficiency and mitigate risk. Technical Environment: Enterprise B2B SaaS; business and technical leader for complex and sophisticated data solutions for enterprise clients; data tools including Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and Data Analytics / BI reporting tools such as Looker or Looker Studio; own and elevate function in a fast paced, agile startup environment; problem solver who can leverage technical expertise, analytical skills and business acumen to find creative solutions; relationship building and communication skills; RDBMS, database schema concepts, and ETL pipelines; AI/ML methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in solutions engineering/architecture required.
• Enterprise B2B SaaS

• Data tools including Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and Data Analytics / BI reporting tools such as Looker or Looker Studio
