About The Position

Newmark Occupier Solutions (OS) is the premier operations and real estate consulting platform for companies seeking an integrated methodology to achieve their business objectives. Newmark OS combines the capabilities of a management and operations consulting firm with real estate advisory and corporate real estate delivery services, implementing recommendations through a centralized and scalable approach. We are seeking a Solutions Director to support major real estate advisory solutions and brokerage pursuits by developing strategic, client-focused occupier solutions across Newmark's service platform. This role will be within the Client Solutions Organization as part of are Solutions Team directly supporting VP of Sales & Solutions and partnering closely with market leaders, producers, subject matter experts, and pursuit teams to shape compelling, integrated solutions for complex occupier assignments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of occupier services, proposal strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise pursuit support, while helping enhance Newmark's ability to win and expand high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities
