The Solutions Coordinator provides coordination and operational support to the bid desk and assists with the preparation and submission of RFPs. This role is responsible for CRM management, proposal and RFP coordination, bid desk support, customer onboarding documentation, reporting, opportunity tracking, and process organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as a key support resource to the Solutions Operations Manager and works closely with Solutions team to help ensure proposal materials are accurate, complete and submitted on time. The position will also work cross-functionally with sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and other departments.
