About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Coordinator. This role involves processing sales orders, monitoring inventory, managing deliveries, and invoicing for new and used equipment, as well as warehouse products. The coordinator will also handle vendor invoices and payments, track warranty registrations, generate reports, and order necessary supplies. This position offers an opportunity to support various departments and contribute to the efficient operation of the sales and service network.

Requirements

Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Bachelor or associate degree in business preferred
Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department preferred
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with Microsoft Office experience
Effective written and oral communications skills
Good organizational skills
AutoCAD experience preferred

Responsibilities

Process new and used sales orders, monitor inventories, initiate/track delivery, and invoice for new equipment, used equipment, and warehouse products.
Monitor new equipment, used equipment and warehouse product inventory including ordering of stock
Maintain complete files on all orders
Approve and code vendor invoices for payment and handle vendor payment inquiries
Process credits and re-invoice equipment when necessary
Track warranty registration and complete warranty installation
Generate required reports
Order supplies and sales literature
Assist other departments as needed
