The Solutions Consulting team is comprised of motivated, tech-savvy communicators who work at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. In this pre-sales role, Solutions Consultants act as product experts and thought leaders, driving the future of the Iterable platform. They are constantly learning and applying a broad range of skills, collaborating with diverse internal and external teams to guide marketers, tech teams, product managers, and C-level executives on how to unlock the full value of Iterable. The role involves learning about prospects’ goals, crafting solutions, giving feedback, and honing sales and technical presentation skills. Consultants demonstrate the power and value of the Iterable platform through creative brainstorming, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and also engage in internal education and technical projects.
