Support, update, and improve the company's core information systems, including data warehouses, CRM, ERP, and financial systems. Interact with business users to understand and document requirements and develop new reports, processes, and system updates to fulfil business needs. Identify, design, build, test, and deploy solutions, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, views, workflows, process builder, and security. Support, update, and improve the company's core information system, Salesforce and its interfaces, to other systems including reporting and financial systems. Troubleshoot, resolve, and track Salesforce end-user issues. Document the business and functional requirements, project management activities, including working with internal and external project resources, and data warehouse report definitions.
