About The Position

Atlassian is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore. This role is part of a pioneering team for Atlassian Service Collection in Singapore. Atlassians have the flexibility to choose their work location, whether in an office, from home, or a hybrid model, allowing for better support of personal and family priorities. The company can hire individuals in any country where they have a legal entity.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in technology vendors
  • Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with any mainstream service management solutions is a must.
  • Experience engaging with customers and partners in Southeast Asia / Greater China
  • Comfortable with making independent decisions driving Co-sell and GTM campaign with other Atlassian team and channel partners in the Singapore / China / Taiwan / Hong Kong
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves engaging with regional partners in China / Taiwan / Hong Kong.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Atlassian Service Collection in the Greater China market and Southeast Asia markets.
  • Define and implement a clear vision for your territory and plan/communicate regularly on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Account Executive, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Atlassian Service Collection at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management team located in Australia.
  • Work closely and openly with Atlassian partner management as well as directly with our partners who range from the world's largest IT service providers to other sales and service firms of all shapes and sizes.
  • Be part of the pioneering team of the Solution Sales Executive for Atlassian Service Collection in Singapore.
