About The Position

We’re looking for a Solution Sales Executive to help drive growth in our Industrial Automation and Software business. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships with customers and partners, identify new opportunities, and deliver solutions that solve real-world challenges. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer success, helping organizations modernize operations and achieve better outcomes through innovative automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in consultative or solution-based sales
  • Experience in industrial automation, software, IT, or manufacturing solutions
  • A drive to pursue new opportunities and grow business
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and partner organizations
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 50–75%) within Ontario, with occasional international travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with end-user customers, from executives to operational teams
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within your territory
  • Collaborate with system integrators, OEMs, engineering firms, and other ecosystem partners to drive joint success
  • Create and present compelling solution proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing deals
  • Use your industry insight to guide customers and position solutions effectively
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and growth targets
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
