About The Position

The Solution Owner is responsible for defining market requirements, deploying product strategy, and supporting the development process for retail automation projects in North America. As part of the Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture team, this role serves as a key contact for external stakeholders and helps expand product culture, vision, and knowledge across the region. The position works closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to shape regional roadmaps, advance product growth, and bring the solution portfolio to market.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or marketing.
• Proven product or business development background.
• Consistent executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering roadmap items on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of and practical experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key regional point of contact for customers at all levels, including C-level stakeholders.
• Lead project discovery with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and propose and collect innovation initiatives on the relevant platform.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth of products through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define and accelerate the go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio in the region.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of competitor positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and maintain the solution value proposition for the platform through experimentation sessions and research.
• Support the sales team with solution proposals, particularly RFI/RFQ responses and presentations requiring deep systemic and architectural knowledge.
• Own internal and external solution communications, including customer demonstrations and training.
