Our opportunity: We are seeking an APA Solution Engineer, who can help drive unprecedented growth in applying Agentic Process Automation to solve real-world business challenges. As part of a very dynamic AI & Automation CoE team, you will play a critical role in driving delivery and adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions to drive business value for our organization and help our program be a true ‘showcase’ of what is possible in agentic transformation using our platform and solutions. You will work in a high-energy, fun and engaging work environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
10+ years of overall work experience with expertise in automation, agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.), hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design.
Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications.
Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments (ASSET).
Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies.
Skills in defining automated flows and identifying key solution patterns.
Understanding of AI capabilities and designing user-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in estimating effort and planning incremental releases.
Skill in building automations using approved designs.
Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas.
Evaluate current business processes for automation and agentic opportunities.
Develop automation and agentic process flows, specify AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces.
Secure necessary design approvals and plan release schedules.
Build and deploy automations and agents using the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360), ensuring they meet functional and quality standards.
Provide documentation and training.
Engage with stakeholders to validate designs, demo completed automations, and create solution artifacts for pre-sales.
Assess AI requirements, evaluate market tools, and advise on new AI tools/models.
