About The Position

Traild is a high-growth SaaS company using AI, automation, and payments infrastructure to help finance teams prevent fraud and errors and operate with greater control. With customers and teams across APAC, North America, and EMEA, Traild is investing in product innovation and building an AI-driven platform for financial operations.

Traild is seeking a talented and motivated Solution Engineer to join its Solutions team. The role leads ERP integration projects and provides ERP support to customers, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance Traild's accounts payable automation solution. The focus is on ERP implementations, particularly Syspro and Acumatica. The position also supports sales demonstrations, technical integrations, customer issue resolution, documentation, and ongoing improvements to integration capabilities. The role is open to U.S. and Canadian candidates, with remote, hybrid, and flexible work options.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Syspro and Acumatica, or the ability to learn Acumatica quickly.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly Accounts Payable.
• Ability to read and understand code and confidently navigate integrations and data flows; software development experience is not required.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Adaptability and motivation to work and grow in a fast-paced, global scale-up.
• Comfort working remotely or in a hybrid team setup.
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to hands-on execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client implementations of Traild's AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica.
• Assist the sales team in demonstrating how Traild can streamline, automate, and protect a prospect's accounts payable processes.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations to support seamless deployment and user adoption.
• Work with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP and AP solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients, particularly for escalated issues and complex ERP-related inquiries.
• Create and maintain documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to support customer success and solution excellence.
• Keep up to date with evolving ERP platforms and contribute to improving Traild's integration capabilities.
