Lead and execute the end-to-end deployment, setup, and configuration of the IVIX platform in client environments, including both on-premise and SaaS models. Serve as the primary escalation point for deep Level 2 technical support related to deployment, infrastructure, and environmental issues. Collaborate with the Data Solutions team to ensure seamless data integration and configuration to support business intelligence insights. Lead the technical enablement for pre- and post-sale activities, providing expert technical guidance during the POV stage through full enterprise deployment. Provide technical expertise and input to Product and R&D teams to ensure deployment architecture and features align with client requirements and current workflows.
