About The Position

Quantifind is the Risk Intelligence company. We help some of the world’s biggest banks identify money laundering and fraud. Quantifind also works with government agencies, using the same platform, to uncover criminal networks and support national security. Quantifind delivers results through an AI-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution with consumer-grade user experiences. Quantifind’s Graphyte platform uncovers signals of risk across disparate and unstructured text sources using artificial intelligence and natural language processing techniques. In financial crimes risk management, Quantifind’s solution uniquely combines internal financial institution data with public domain data to assess risk in the context of Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Fraud Risk Management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support, analytical, or consulting role
• High EQ and impeccable communication skills
• BS or MS in computer science, mathematics, or engineering or equivalent technical professional experience
• Specific experience in the delivery or implementation of SaaS software within large enterprise environments
• Experienced in interacting directly with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and are familiar with common API protocols
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL commands
• Conversant in the agile software development process and relevant tools such as Atlassian Jira® and GitHub
• Familiar with common data formats such as csv and JSON, as well as the methods and tools for reading, writing, manipulating, and secure transfer of such data files
• Consultative and collaborative in your approach to problem solving
• Eager to evolve and face new challenges

Responsibilities

• Designing and supporting implementations of the Graphyte product suite both pre- and post-sale, ensuring frictionless solutions that drive success.
• Managing complex technical projects.
• Triage inbound questions and requests.
• Help manage technical documentation.
• Operate as a key conduit of communication.
• Operate as an extension of the Product development team, gathering evidence and feedback from the field and being the first to bring Quantifind’s innovative product solutions to life.
