About The Position

As a Clinical Solution Delivery Consultant, you will work directly with clients to configure and implement Netsmart solutions in both pre-production and production environments. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll gain deep exposure to Netsmart’s myAvatar platform and play a key part in helping clinicians spend more time on meaningful patient care. Whether you come with clinical experience, healthcare operations knowledge, or strong technical problem-solving skills, this role offers the opportunity to learn quickly and grow within a supportive consulting team. myAvatar™ is an electronic health record (EHR) designed for organizations delivering behavioral health and addiction treatment services across community-based, residential, and inpatient programs. Built to support whole-person care, the platform uses real-time analytics, workflow tools, and clinical decision support to streamline care delivery. As a consultant, you’ll help clients build forms, workflows, and clinical configurations that power everyday work for clinicians, administrators, and care teams.
