Responsible for partnering with clients to configure, test, and optimize software solutions in pre-production and production environments. Collaborates with client stakeholders and project teams to support successful solution delivery, drive adoption, and improve operational outcomes across a variety of healthcare settings, including pharmacy-related workflows and services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology, systems management implementation, or consulting working experience.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
  • Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, pharmacy, etc.).
  • Knowledge of pharmacy workflows, operations, and related healthcare technology solutions.
  • Experience working with pharmacy management systems, medication management processes, or pharmacy-focused healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology.
  • Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments.
  • Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.
  • Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues.
  • Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows, including pharmacy and medication-related operational processes when applicable.
  • Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.
