About The Position

Rhapsody is seeking a strategic, consultative professional to drive growth across its healthcare integration and interoperability solutions. The role identifies and qualifies integration opportunities, understands organizations’ interoperability challenges, and designs tailored solution strategies that demonstrate the value of Rhapsody’s platform. This includes legacy interface modernization, API-driven data exchange, and standards-based messaging such as HL7 and FHIR. The Solution Consultant leads collaborative discovery with healthcare stakeholders, translating clinical, operational, and technical goals into integration strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor and product champion, the role aligns platform capabilities with customer requirements to accelerate adoption, streamline data workflows, and strengthen Rhapsody’s position in the interoperability marketplace. Rhapsody describes itself as an AI-first company and expects team members to adopt AI tools, explore ways to improve efficiency and innovation, and maintain quality, security, and ethical responsibility. The role uses AI tools in daily workflows and iterates on AI-enabled processes to improve output quality and delivery speed.
