About The Position

This position is crucial because the demand for high-quality demos, proposals, and client storytelling is outpacing the company's current capacity, which can slow down sales momentum. The mission for this role is to help Bidgely respond rapidly and confidently to client requests without sacrificing quality or insight, owning the "last mile" between the product and a client's decision.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
  • Comfort owning client-facing work end-to-end
  • Openness to feedback and iteration
  • 3-5 years in solution consulting, pre-sales, consulting, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven experience presenting to external stakeholders
  • Confidence explaining complex ideas clearly, especially under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver client demos and presentations that explain what the platform does and why it matters for a specific utility.
  • Lead narrative-driven proposals and RFP responses, turning ambiguous client asks into clear, persuasive solutions including pricing and negotiations.
  • Connect regulatory context, market dynamics, and client goals into a cohesive story.
  • Partner closely with Sales to shape deal strategy and influence outcomes.
  • Represent Bidgely externally, presenting at conferences and participating in panels.
  • Produce polished, high-quality demos and proposals.
  • Craft powerful stories for all of Bidgely's solutions and the customer journeys they enable.
  • Leverage internal and external data to build clear, customized business cases.
  • Lead non-solicited proposals as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Deliver client demos and presentations alongside Sales.
  • Represent Bidgely at industry conferences, contributing to market credibility.
