About The Position

As a member of the Professional Services organization, you will partner directly with customers to transform business requirements into meaningful analytics and reporting solutions. Working primarily within Power BI, you will design and deliver dashboards, operational reports, and executive-level insights using existing NAVEX data models and datasets. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers define KPIs, visualize compliance and risk data, and drive adoption of reporting solutions that support informed business decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of consulting, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or customer-facing technology experience
  • Hands-on Power BI experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability; used to gathering business requirements and solution orientated proposals
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a cross functional, remote team and coordinate project escalations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments
  • Proven project management, planning and presentation skills
  • Experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with customers to understand business objectives, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to gather dashboard, analytics, and reporting requirements from stakeholders
  • Design, build, and deliver compelling Power BI reports and dashboards using pre-existing data models from NAVEX’s GRC Insights solution
  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision
  • Analyze and map customer reporting requirements into intuitive visualizations that enable data-driven decision making
  • Liaise between cross functional teams to coordinate and execute the project lifecycle
  • Effectively report and communicate back to project teams (internal and customer teams)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutions
  • Present NAVEX’s products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Sales and Project Management activities
