The Role As a Solution Consultant, you are the primary bridge between complex pharmacovigilance challenges and Veeva’s industry-leading cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to the world’s most innovative Life Sciences companies, you will help Safety/Pharmacovigilance teams move away from fragmented legacy systems and toward a unified Vault Safety platform. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Life Sciences, technical curiosity, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and a team first attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry
• Familiarity with end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes and lifecycles, including case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, and safety signal detection, validation, and management
• Technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team first environment
• Driven self-starter; able to work independently
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily in North America

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or other related customer-facing roles
• Experience in pharmacovigilance groups within pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
• End-user and/or Administrator experience with Veeva products, Vault Safety, or other related Safety software
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or other advanced technical tools and concepts

Responsibilities

• Uncover specific business challenges and craft solutions that show how Vault Safety streamlines end-to-end pharmacovigilance processes
• Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations that highlight the tangible benefits and the value of the Vault Safety platform
• Using your industry and technical knowledge you’ll identify how Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and drive innovation for our customers
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building deep, credible relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders
• Work closely with Account Partners, Strategists, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
