About The Position

The Solution Advisor will be a vital member of our pre-sales team, responsible for demonstrating our product offerings, engaging with prospects, assisting in the sales process, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, business development, sales teams, and clients, to drive the success of our solutions. As a Solution Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring that our products and services align with their business objectives and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution advisory role.
  • Software or technology industry would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, cloud platforms (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform), and integration solutions highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused product demos, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Experience with creating RFP responses, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and solution designs.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out Sodales product demonstrations using standard content/script
  • Conduct product trainings for new customers
  • Prepare RFP and RFI responses and submit back to prospective clients
  • Enable our partners during key opportunities (client meetings, demo preparation, tender process).
  • Working with team on sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with business development teams throughout the sales process for assisting with system demonstrations.
  • Ability to follow up on customer leads with demo scheduling
  • Conduct customer presentations based on the customer needs, ask questions and create action plans for solution experience teams
  • Stay in contact with the product teams to provide feedback based on customer demonstrations
  • Learn company’s products and be able to independently present and answer to customer executives
  • Schedule and attend meetings, take meeting notes and perform follow up tasks
  • Write reports, RFP response documents, company brochures and similar documents as needed
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Project Owners, IT and Business stakeholders, resource leaders, technical and business teams.
  • Travel to customer sites and marketing events with leadership as required
  • Help with marketing content and write ups
  • Availability to work on EST time zone.
