About The Position

Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Consultant. This is not a lead generation role; we are seeking experienced sales representatives who are closers with a track record of success. Our appointment setting team will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close deals. The sales process in solar is viewed as educational, and we focus on ensuring customers understand how solar works and the financing options available.

Requirements

  • Sales experience - Required
  • Willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
  • Solar experience – welcomed

Responsibilities
