About The Position

Venture Home is hiring a Solar Sales Consultant. This is not a lead generation role; it is for experienced sales representatives who are closers with a proven track record of success. The appointment setting team will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close sales. The sales process is viewed as educational, focusing on helping customers understand how solar works and the financing options available to ensure the decision to switch to solar is well-informed and not perceived as "too good to be true".

Requirements

  • Sales experience - Required
  • Willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
  • Solar experience – welcomed

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to close sales.
  • Educate customers on solar products and services.
