Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Interest in renewable energy, construction, and project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar construction projects.
- Assist with project scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, reporting, and team communications.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to support project activities and resolve issues.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and track key action items and deliverables.
- Assist with monitoring project progress, costs, productivity, and schedule performance.
- Support project documentation, contract administration, and recordkeeping efforts.
- Participate in field visits, safety initiatives, and site audits to gain hands-on construction experience.
- Learn project management tools, processes, and best practices used in renewable energy construction.
- Gain exposure to the technical, operational, and financial aspects of utility-scale solar projects.
- Travel to project sites as needed to support project activities and professional development.
