About The Position

WinnCompanies is searching for an analytical and organized Software Support Specialist to join our Lowell Regional Corporate team located in Lowell, MA. In this role, you will primarily act as the subject matter expert in Property Management and Real Page software utilized to facilitate the day to day operations of WinnResidential. The pay range for this role is $31.25-$33.65 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following hybrid schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST being in office 3 times per week, at least.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
• Advanced experience with Property Management Software.
• High level analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, HOME, Project Based Section 8 and Public Housing Programs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands on Property Management or Accounting experience.
• Ability to drill down into voluminous data to identify root cause of issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze support problems presented by the end user, formulate plan to resolve, and execute plan to a successful completion.
• Coordinate, execute, and document all HelpDesk activity to ensure accuracy, and repeatable resolution.
• Implementation of and/or assimilation of new properties into the current Property Management Software. This includes giving and directing other Winn employees, and/or contractors, on tasks that need to be completed to accomplish the implementation.
• Provide support to individuals and groups with questions about Property Management function, data, and processes.
• Lead property management software patch release and upgrade projects.
• Document process documentation and create related LMS/Job Aid content, and training.
