About The Position

This role is focused on designing, training, evaluating, deploying, and operationalizing Artificial Intelligence solutions that solve real business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in machine learning, generative AI, large language models, and AI application development. They will work alongside business and technology leaders to develop intelligent applications, AI agents, enterprise copilots, and domain-specific AI solutions that transform how work gets done. Train, tune, and deploy machine learning models. Build predictive and classification models. Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Design and develop AI-powered business applications. Build APIs and microservices that expose AI capabilities. Understanding of Back-end system design Develop reusable AI components and SDKs for enterprise adoption.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled graduate student or PHD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Familiar with programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to: C/C++/C#/Python/Java/JavaScript/Vue/AngularJS/PHP.
• Solid knowledge of CS and SW engineering: DSA, multithreading, OOP, design patterns, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with projects related to AI / LLM / AI Agents is preferred.
