About The Position

Anduril is seeking a Software Engineer to develop advanced algorithms and software that solve scientific problems with real-world applications. The role works in small, innovative teams to prototype and implement high-performance software for mission-critical systems, from tactical systems to web applications. Work includes using modeling and simulation environments and analysis techniques to quantify the benefits of technology, engaging with customers to support their mission-critical needs, and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle. The engineer will also help shape a small team’s direction and communicate technical work clearly to colleagues and customers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or another technical field.
• Proficiency with C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
• Experience with big data, NoSQL, and database technologies.
• Knowledge of software design, algorithm implementation, software analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning, clustering, and classification.
• Knowledge of differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
• Knowledge of controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Provide academic transcripts or detailed information about academic performance in relevant courses, including projects and coursework specifics.
