About The Position

Anduril’s Quality organization is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Engineer to own and advance the quality management system (QMS) for Battlespace Awareness (BA). The role supports deployment of reliable products that meet mission requirements, strengthens continuous improvement, and harmonizes BA’s certified ISO 9001 system with Anduril’s enterprise QMS as the organization transitions to AS9100. The engineer serves as the face of the QMS to auditors, customers, and the production floor, and combines systems ownership with hands-on product quality work, including supplier and special-process oversight, first article inspection, nonconforming material and MRB, and investigation of field escapes. The role may support growth toward Product Quality Engineering or provide systems development for someone with product-side experience. The position owns BA’s QMS and top-level processes, including QMS planning, management review, internal and supplier audits, registrar and customer audit coordination, quality KPIs and reporting, production-floor 6S and FOD audits, ESD and counterfeit-parts prevention programs, corrective action, and document and record control. It also supports new product and site readiness, training, QMS harmonization, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of aerospace and/or defense manufacturing experience, relevant QMS knowledge, and U.S. Person status to access export-controlled data. Expected travel is 20% of the time.

  • Trained AS9100D internal auditor, or ability to complete certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a corrective action system, beyond participation in individual investigations.
