About The Position

Chase is seeking a hands-on Salesforce engineer to design and deliver secure solutions. The engineer will be part of a team responsible for end-to-end technical execution, from design through production support, support architectural evaluations with internal and external partners, and help modernize platforms through automation, optimization, and capabilities such as AI/LLM and Agentforce. The role involves using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, while validating generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards. The engineer will contribute reusable practices and learnings to improve team effectiveness and promote emerging technologies through communities of practice. Chase offers a competitive total rewards package, with base salary determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. Requirements

Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools at work for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation, and ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage.
At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise in Agentforce and AI/LLM-related capabilities or use cases.
Deep expertise in Apex.
Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Deep expertise in triggers and Flows.
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Deep expertise in REST APIs, web callouts, and integrations.
Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to explain technical details, end-to-end system behavior, and design decisions clearly.
Proven experience handling large data volumes, performance tuning, and platform or application optimization.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, breaking down complex technical problems using practical and effective approaches.
Build secure, production-grade code; review, debug, and improve code written by others.
Identify recurring issues and implement strategies to eliminate or automate them, improving operational stability.
Contribute to communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of emerging technologies across software engineering.
