About the position
At Qualia, we are seeking entrepreneurial engineers to join our product-focused engineering team. As a full-stack engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting new products and add features to our core web applications. Our engineers are generalists, allowing for flexibility in responsibilities based on company needs and individual skills and interests. With a fast-paced environment and a collaborative approach, you will have the chance to work closely with design and customer-facing teams to create innovative experiences for our customers. Responsibilities
- Building web technologies, both frontend and backend
- Developing new products and adding features to core web applications
- Being a generalist engineer and taking on flexible responsibilities based on company needs and individual skills and interests
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills
- Good product sense and attention to detail
- Passion for the impact of the software being built
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Javascript / NodeJS
- Experience with Semantic UI
- Familiarity with MongoDB
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS
