About The Position

We're looking for a Growth Software Engineer to build the systems, tools, and AI-powered workflows that help a fast-growing company scale. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role at the intersection of engineering, data, AI, and go-to-market. You'll build everything from data infrastructure and internal tools to automation and AI agents that make sales and growth teams dramatically more effective. The ideal candidate is a creative, product-minded engineer who enjoys identifying high-leverage problems and shipping solutions quickly.

Requirements

2–5 years of software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development skills.
Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Experience building production applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
Interest or hands-on experience with LLMs, AI/ML, or AI-powered automation.
Strong product instincts and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
High ownership and ability to operate independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Able to work in person in New York City.

Nice To Haves

React or Next.js experience.
Experience building internal tools or growth infrastructure.
Sales-tech, GTM engineering, or revenue-automation experience.
Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows.
Experience working with messy or unstructured datasets.
Early-stage startup or founding-team experience.

Responsibilities

Build data pipelines that transform fragmented data into actionable growth and sales signals.
Develop internal tools for lead routing, outbound automation, sequencing, and sales workflows.
Apply AI and LLMs to structured and unstructured data to uncover new opportunities and automate manual processes.
Build AI-powered workflows and agents that operate autonomously in the background.
Develop full-stack features and internal applications from idea through production.
Integrate APIs, external data sources, and business systems.
Work closely with sales and growth teams to identify opportunities where software can create significant leverage.
Experiment rapidly, measure results, and iterate.
