About The Position

Notion’s Growth Engineers combine creativity, data, qualitative research, and product intuition to accelerate the value Notion provides to a growing audience. They understand the business and identify opportunities to drive growth. In this role, you will build technical foundations that help the broader team and coding agents experiment, build, and ship; shape technical and product vision; and deliver experiments from ideation through analysis. You will also learn about Notion customers and their journeys to uncover ways to improve activation and engagement. The role can be based in San Francisco or New York City. The team works from its offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days), and expects the person in this role to work alongside the team in person on those days.

  • Business impact orientation and sound prioritization, balancing product craft, speed, and business outcomes.
  • A user-first approach and critical thinking about the effects of products on people's lives.
  • Willingness to work in person with the team in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
