About The Position

Join Cisco and Splunk’s engineering team building Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and full-stack observability platforms. The team develops capabilities that help global enterprises visualize, troubleshoot, and optimize complex cloud-native architectures in real time. It works collaboratively on Cisco and Splunk’s Observability and Cloud Operations strategy, with mentorship, career development, integration with Splunk’s data ecosystem, and AI tooling and automated developer workflows. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will develop, build, and ship features and bug fixes across high-scale Java backend microservices and React frontend applications. You will participate in scheduled on-call rotations to diagnose and resolve APM backend issues and customer escalations. You will work with Product Owners, Technical Owners, and UX designers to turn observability requirements into scalable, intuitive solutions, and contribute documentation, code reviews, and system design ideas.
