About The Position

Pallet is hiring a Software Engineer, Agent Delivery to deploy production AI agents inside large supply chain companies. The role works directly with customer operators, engineers, and executives to understand critical workflows, design integrations, debug production systems, and deliver AI-powered workflows in environments that may be undocumented, fragmented, and business-critical. The engineer owns deployments from initial discovery through production launch, working with customers remotely and onsite. The position combines engineering, product, and customer operations, with success measured by getting systems live, keeping them reliable, and solving problems in environments outside the engineer’s control. Learnings from deployments are turned into reusable product capabilities. The role includes making design decisions about agent behavior, application logic, data, evaluations, security, and reliability, and establishing patterns for production deployment. The engineer remains accountable after launch by debugging failures, improving agent quality, and working with Product and Engineering to address deployment blockers and recurring product gaps. The position is based in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood and is onsite five days per week. The listed salary range is $135,000–$180,000, depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and location. The company also offers equity, benefits, and growth opportunities.
