About The Position

Fiserv Solutions, LLC is hiring a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II. The role develops customized software designs that support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Work includes developing REST API applications and applications running in PCF and AWS Cloud, as well as designing high-volume transaction-processing applications for payment-processing environments. The position delivers secure software using security scanning tools, tests APIs, writes test cases for code coverage, and uses enterprise-level agentic AI throughout the software development lifecycle to increase productivity. The position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with possible work at other unanticipated U.S. locations subject to management authorization. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of software development experience using Java in any job title.
• At least 4 years of experience using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch.
• At least 4 years of experience creating unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• At least 4 years of experience working with databases and code integrations, including Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing complex full-stack solutions, including digital and mobile systems, APIs, and microservices in large enterprise organizations.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Agile methodology in the payments industry in Cloud.

Responsibilities
