About The Position

Join a multidisciplinary team at the heart of manufacturing operations, where software development meets electronics and product innovation. In this role, you will work closely with R&D teams (electronics, firmware, software, mechanical), as well as external partners and manufacturers, to ensure the successful introduction of new products into production with the highest quality standards. You will contribute to building a wide range of software solutions — from web and desktop applications to embedded systems — that directly support manufacturing operations. These tools play a key role in: testing electronic boards detecting manufacturing defects monitoring and optimizing operational performance You will also collaborate with international teams and occasionally travel to manufacturing and operations sites across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation. From day one, you will be supported by experienced mentors and involved in impactful projects that directly influence operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with .NET and C#
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture principles
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, and Git
  • Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and solve technical issues
  • Strong interest in process optimization
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in web development (Angular, React, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of electronics debugging and schematic interpretation
  • Experience with Windows UI development (WPF, XAML)
  • Experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Develop Front-End and Back-End components using core .NET technologies
  • Design and maintain robust, scalable software architectures
  • Write high-quality code and promote best practices (automated testing, code reviews, refactoring)
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
  • Act as a technical reference and support internal teams and partners
  • Participate in quality assurance and validation efforts
  • Analyze large-scale production data and develop tools for data detection and insights
  • Manage your work in an Agile (Kanban) environment to meet delivery timelines
