About The Position

The Summer Games is a competitive, collaborative internship program that simulates a real-world startup accelerator. Interns work in teams on challenge projects aimed at developing breakthrough ideas or solutions to complex customer problems. Participants receive mentorship from senior leaders, use Booz Allen products and engagement models, and build technical skills through collaborative problem-solving. The program concludes with a Challenge Cup competition and presentation to senior leadership.

Requirements

Experience with one or more programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in academic or internship environments.
Experience conducting research and writing software.
Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
