About The Position

The Summer Games is a competitive, collaborative internship program designed to help students develop a breakthrough idea or solution to a complex customer problem while building technical skills. Interns work in teams on challenge projects in a startup-accelerator-style environment, receive mentorship from senior leaders, use Booz Allen products and engagement models, and collaborate to solve problems. The program culminates in a Challenge Cup competition and presentation to senior leadership. The position is hybrid in Dayton, Ohio.

Requirements

Experience with one or more programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in academic or internship environments.
Experience conducting research and writing software.
Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
