About The Position

The Summer Games is a competitive, collaborative internship program designed to help students develop valuable technical skills while creating a breakthrough idea or solution to a complex customer problem. Interns work in teams on challenge projects in a simulated startup-accelerator environment, receive mentorship from senior leaders, use Booz Allen products and engagement models, and collaborate to solve problems. The program culminates in a Challenge Cup competition and presentation to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience using programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship environment.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
• Ability to work in groups.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
