About The Position

The Summer Games is a competitive, collaborative internship program that brings students together in teams to develop breakthrough ideas or solutions for complex customer problems. The program simulates a real-world startup accelerator: interns work on challenge projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders, use Booz Allen products and engagement models, and build technical skills through teamwork. The summer concludes with a Challenge Cup competition and presentation to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship work environment.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
• Ability to work in groups.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
