About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Software Developer Co-Op for Summer 2027. The co-op will write and modify computer programs using Java, Angular, or similar languages; test and review other developers’ work; clarify requirements with business analysts; and participate in a Scrum development team. The role uses a hybrid remote arrangement, with some onsite work required and a reasonable commute necessary. Requirements

• Pursuing a two- or four-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in programming and analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow and write testing procedures to confirm product quality.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future; temporary visa holders are not eligible.
• A reasonable commute is necessary because some onsite work is required.
