Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of application development experience using C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
At least 1 year of hands-on SQL development experience.
Experience working with relational databases.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to new technologies.
Willingness to provide support for critical production issues when needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications, interfaces, and reports.
Support application upgrades, patches, migrations, and system improvements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, test, deploy, and support application enhancements and integrations.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure reliable system performance.
Manage support requests, enhancement priorities, and change implementations.
Contribute to application testing, deployment, and support best practices.
