About The Position

The Applications Developer II is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that support various business functions. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Documenting software designs, code, and processes for future reference and maintenance will be a key part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies will ensure the software remains current and competitive. Furthermore, you will independently design and implement software solutions and perform debugging and testing to maintain high standards of functionality and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
Typically, 2+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages and familiarity with development frameworks.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Experience with designing and implementing software solutions independently.
Experience debugging and testing.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL Server or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).
MS Access database development and VBA programming experience.
Web application development experience.
Power BI report development and data visualization methods.
Experience with database ETL processes and data integration.
Familiarity with engineering programming languages (Python, MATLAB, VBA).
