This is an excellent opportunity for a early career-to-mid-level developer who enjoys a blend of software development, application support, SQL work, and direct interaction with end users. In this role, you'll work on application enhancements, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, upgrades, and production support while partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Requirements
- 1+ year of software development experience using C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language
- 1+ year of hands-on SQL development experience
- Experience working with relational databases
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users
- Ability to learn new technologies and support multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise business applications
- Work with end users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain reports, interfaces, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues
- Perform testing, upgrades, patches, deployments, and system migrations
- Support SQL development and database-related activities
- Document technical designs, processes, and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects and enhancements
- Participate in ongoing application support and production issue resolution
