About The Position

The Soft Count Team member counts money while ensuring the security of funds. The role supports accurate records, a secure and clean work environment, and the training of new team members. Team members may also perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the public.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using a 10-key and knowledge of money-counting equipment.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment.
• Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming License.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet skills, including the ability to create forms and spreadsheets using tables and formulas.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with good interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, including good attendance and punctuality; organization, flexibility, and excellent time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all carts are secured and safeguarded at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report variances or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain an effective, efficient, safe, and clean work environment.
• Clean the work area.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and protect confidential information.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
