About The Position

This position is within the Child & Youth & Adolescent Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs department at Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw. The role involves providing assessments, treatments, referrals, and case management for individuals, couples, groups, and families experiencing mental health and/or addictions problems. The Social Worker will also provide professional consultation and collaborative support as an interdisciplinary team member.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
- Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.

- Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
